Karl is a bright and comfortable rental cottage in Heinola by the lake. Two bedrooms, a wood-heated sauna, a loft, a patio surrounding the entire villa, and a private sandy beach make it an excellent option for a small family or a couple looking for a peaceful cottage holiday.
Beautiful and bright villa for 4 people
Villa Ferdinand was completed in 2006. The villa is named after the former master of the house.
The area is almost an island, with a clean organic field opening up in the middle. At the edge of the field, there is an ancient dwelling site, which according to the story was the farm’s old residential building. The stone foundation is protected under the Antiquities Act.
