The villa is available to the customer from 17:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the villa must be vacated by 13:00.
Keys to the villa can be collected from and returned to the farm reception. Address: Paistjärventie 261, Paaso.
The customer is responsible for general cleaning of the villa during the holiday.
The customer must return the villa in the same condition as it was on arrival.
The rental price includes bed linen made up on the beds, general household equipment, final cleaning, and normal electricity consumption.
The rental price does not include hand towels, bath towels, toilet paper or other tissue products, food, or hygiene products.
Making an open fire, pitching a tent, or using a motorhome or caravan on the property is prohibited without the owner’s consent.
Charging an electric car from the villa’s outdoor or indoor sockets is prohibited.
The stated maximum number of guests for the villa must not be exceeded. Unannounced persons may not be invited to visit or stay at the villa.
The customer is responsible for proper sorting of waste: cardboard, plastic, mixed waste, metal, and glass. Hazardous waste must not be left in the villa area.
The right to rent the holiday property may not be transferred to a third party.
The surroundings and yard area of the holiday property must be kept tidy, without littering the clean natural environment.
Pets may not be brought to the holiday property.
Booking and payment terms
After making a preliminary booking, the customer confirms the booking by paying the booking fee by the due date.
The booking will expire if the payment is not made. The booking fee will also not be refunded if the booking is cancelled.
The rental fee is due six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday.
The booking is considered cancelled if the rental fee is not paid by the due date.
A booking made later than six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday is confirmed by paying the full rental fee by the due date.
Cancellation of booking
If the booking fee is not paid by the due date, the booking is cancelled automatically.
The customer may cancel their booking by notifying the rental hostess in writing. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place later than two (2) weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rental fee will be charged.
An exception is a force majeure situation affecting the customer or their close family member, such as sudden illness, accident, or death. The reason must be proven in a reliable manner and reported to the rental hostess without delay. In this case, the rental fee will be refunded to the customer, excluding the advance payment.
The holiday property may also cancel the booking in the event of force majeure. The customer will be informed immediately, and the rental fee paid by the customer will be refunded in full.
A cancellation made during the holiday period does not oblige the landlord to refund payments.
Compensation for damages / complaints
During the holiday period, the customer is responsible for the villa property and its movable contents. Any damage must be reported and compensated without delay. If damage or missing movable items are noticed after the rental period has ended, before the next rental period begins, the rental hostess has the right to invoice the customer afterwards for the damage caused.
If the customer has any complaints about the holiday property, these must be reported to the rental hostess during the holiday period.
In problem situations, the customer must contact the rental hostess immediately.
These terms will be provided to the customer in connection with the booking fee, at which point they are considered to have been brought to the customer’s attention.
